About IOC:

• The Indian Ocean Conference (IOC) is a flagship consultative forum of the Indian Ocean countries to deliberate on the regional cooperation for Security and Growth for All in the Region (SAGAR).
• Started in 2016, the conference, organized annually by the Ministry of External Affairs and the India Foundation.
• The theme of the 7th conference was ‘Towards a Stable and Sustainable Indian Ocean’.
