| War Crimes:
● War crimes are violations of International Humanitarian Law (treaty or customary law) that incur individual criminal responsibility under international law. Examples: ● Torture, rape, intentional killing of civilians and prisoners of war. ● Withholding necessary items for the survival of captured individuals.
